Hello, I visited the true local hot spot in Chuncheon, Royal Seafood Knife Noodle.

They only serve lunch, do you understand what that means?

It means it’s truly a gourmet spot 😮

Since it’s a place where you take off your shoes, those who are sensitive should keep that in mind!

There are two seating options: a wooden floor and table seating.

Menu

We ordered clam knife noodles for four people.

Everyone is really into clams…

It seems that many people order additional dishes like octopus or shrimp!

There’s a drawer on the table with utensils and napkins ready.

The utensils are wrapped in disposable paper, which gives a more hygienic feeling!

There are also pickled radish and napa cabbage kimchi provided.

If you finish the kimchi, you can ask the owner for more!

We requested additional napa cabbage kimchi, but the fermentation level was different haha.

Personally, I thought the slightly fermented kimchi was tastier than the freshly made one!

Starting the Meal

Barley rice comes out first, and when you mix it with pickled radish and gochujang, it’s divine…

Honestly, I could eat three bowls of just that…

The pickled radish is sweet and spicy, just perfect for me 😍😍

Finally, the clam knife noodles arrive.

The noodles are uniquely twisted, looking like handmade noodles!!

It seems like they make the noodles fresh… (but maybe not haha)

Shrimp is included based on the number of people at the table.

If you’re going to order extras, check first!

The flavor was fresh and not floury, which I really liked!!

The clams were also generously added.

To be honest, I wasn’t hungry, but… it’s a taste that makes you overeat…

During our meal, customers kept coming in!

The reason they only serve lunch is definitely clear…..
