Trying to put 3 nights and 4 days into one is overwhelming;;
The train to Vienna had a ridiculous delay.
It was raining, but I wonder if the weather was bad enough to cause the delay… hmm… 🤔
It took about an hour and a half to depart!
While waiting, I bought some snacks at the station’s supermarket, and those paprika-flavored Pringles were really tasty.
It reminded me of the paprika powder I bought in Hungary. Haha.
Arrived at Vienna Station~
Changing trains on the way to the accommodation!
This looks like the train ticket, but why did I buy it separately…?
Anyway, I arrived at the accommodation!
It seems to be the second largest place among all the accommodations I’ve stayed at.
I really liked the last accommodation.
The structure was a bit odd, but it had a large room and a living room, which made me want to live in such a house.
It even had two bathrooms, which was great for using the facilities. ^^👍
I arrived in the early afternoon, so after dropping off my luggage, I went for a walk.
Walking to Hofburg Palace!
Took a shot in front of the statue in the Hofburg Palace garden.
I’m not sure what the statue represents. Haha.
Going a little further brings you to Maria Theresa Square.
This supposedly more famous square didn’t have many people around.
The people in front appeared to be offering paid photo services rather than being actual staff. 👀
I’ve arrived at the Vienna Museum of Art History, which was my original destination!
Please refer to the prices in the above photo.
Since it’s an art museum, I think the ticket looks pretty too. Hehe.
This is just for reference on the levels, so I took a photo.
A statue welcoming you from the entrance.
How can they make sculptures so smoothly?
There’s a balcony-like space where a restaurant is visible, and it seems to be a photo spot.
However, it was too dark to get a good photo.
Everyone, please tuck in your turtle neck while taking this photo. 😂
I find looking at these kinds of things more interesting than paintings.
Every step of the stairs is beautiful…
It feels like it could come out of a medieval drama.
I was hungry, so I went to a restaurant.
As expected, based on the Google Maps rating, I ordered fish and chips that I’ve been wanting to try for a while.
It was hot and super delicious;;;;
However, I failed with the other menu items. Haha.
On my way to grocery shopping, I saw an impressive building and realized it was the Vienna State Opera. Haha.
For a commemorative shot, I took a photo of me taking a picture of my mom. 👩 and me taking a photo of my mom. 🧒
This is the Vienna Subway menu… just in case someone is curious… so I took a picture.
On the way back, I stopped by Villa to buy food for the next day~
The street was quite far, so I went down to take the subway, which felt like an underground mall!!
I thought to myself that I would explore this place next time, but unfortunately, I couldn’t make it before the last day. 😅
The next day, I had breakfast!
The sushi I bought at the supermarket, which I was looking forward to, was really bad.
Everything else was delicious, especially the bread!!
Maybe it’s because I’m in Europe, but even I, who don’t like bread, found it tasty.
Especially the chocolate donut; it was so good that I bought it again.
Riding the subway to Schönbrunn Station, zoom zoom.
This subway is going to Schönbrunn Palace, but the platform was really confusing;;
I got on the wrong train and then got off, thinking, isn’t this the charm of free travel?~ and went back. Haha.
Fortunately, I had plenty of time!
There was no entrance fee for Schönbrunn Palace; you just enter!
There was a flea market by the fountain heading towards the gardens, with many souvenirs, snacks, and other things to see, which was nice.
This map is for reference.
As you enter Schönbrunn Palace, a vast garden is visible.
Since it was still under construction, there wasn’t much to see…
The tree pruning was done so neatly that it caught my eye…
In the distance, I wanted to explore that hill that looked like a temple from Greco-Roman mythology.
But my legs hurt too much, and it looked quite far, so I captured it only with my eyes. Haha.
As soon as I exited Schönbrunn Palace, I was startled to see someone standing there, thinking they were a statue. Haha.
Inner City
First, I went back to the city and had ice cream.
The weather was nice that day, making it feel warm.;;
St. Stephen’s Cathedral
Taking a photo in front of the famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
The cathedral is enormous, so it doesn’t fit in a single frame.
There were also many people, as expected from a bustling area.
I also looked around for cosmetics~
Finding Zara!
I came to look around Etnies.
The atmosphere seems better than Zara!
For dinner, I simply cooked at the accommodation!
The pork sausage was so cheap that I saved a lot.
It’s a shame there was no rice… 😢
I had the chocolate donut for breakfast again, as it was so delicious. Hehe.
Now I am getting used to the tram. Hehe.
Time for morning city exploration!
Vienna Starbucks menu board.
The prices are around this level, just for reference!
It’s been a while since I’ve had an iced americano… it’s heavenly!
It goes down smoothly like cool water…
I got so excited that I started taking selfies (not a secret that I wore a hat because I was too lazy to wash my hair~).
Shopping in Inner City
I was looking at a dress that I really liked while shopping, but there was no price tag???
So I went to the website and saw that this tiny piece of fabric was 160,000 won?????
Hugo, what are you thinking?

Street Food
The smell was amazing, but I wasn’t hungry, so I didn’t eat anything.
Was it an egg tart…?
I had a late lunch at McDonald’s.
As the trip was nearing its end, I craved familiar flavors~ 🙂↔️
After resting at the accommodation, I went out for dinner at KOKOS.
Honestly, this place is a gem for budae jjigae (a Korean stew) and pickled cabbage in Austria, Vienna.
For someone from Gyeonggi-do: not bad 🤔

I definitely wanted to visit Prater, a tourist site I had been looking forward to in Vienna!
I took the tram for about 15 minutes to arrive.
As a note, there’s no entrance fee for the amusement park~!!
I was determined to ride the Ferris wheel.
Please refer to the ticket prices in the photos!
Once you enter, you can easily see the Ferris wheel, so just follow the signs to get there.
It was so freaking scary, honestly;;;;;;
(A photo taken while risking my life 🫨)
While exploring the amusement park, I decided to try one roller coaster and bought a ticket.
There was a ticket machine at the roller coaster entrance, and I got this coin.
You can just show it when entering.
Prater Dome
The real purpose of coming to Prater amusement park was to visit the largest club in Vienna, Prater Dome.
I spent about 2 hours (not) partying hard before heading home, right?
You can read more details in the link below…
A review of the largest club, Prater Dome, in Vienna, Austria (hours, prices, etc.)
Is it really time to go home? 😭
The flight is around 6 PM, so I had some time, but since I had to check out of the accommodation…
I had the thought of dragging my heavy suitcase (plus souvenirs) and not doing anything else.
It happened to be Sunday, so all the luggage storage services were closed. 😥 Why are you guys not making money?!!

First, I took the tram to arrive at Vienna Station.
Here, I’m going to catch the airport bus.
There were so many food options at the station’s food court, and I ended up choosing the spicy chicken.
For more details, check the review link… provided above.
I stopped by the Manners biscuit shop again to use up the remaining euros.
Shook my pocket for coins!
How to ride the airport bus from Vienna Station (boarding location)
I believe everyone knows about ticket purchasing so I will skip that part.
When I looked it up on Google Maps, it just pointed to the front of Vienna Station, and when I got there, there were no signs telling me where to go…?
This bus stop was the most unfriendly airport bus stop ever. I walked around for a while looking for a different terminal, but eventually came back and had a hard time.
Anyways, where to board?;
According to Google Maps, that place was correct after all. In fact, Google Maps was quite friendly.
It’s located on the right when facing Vienna Station, but there are no clear signs for the airport bus stop, so you can just stand around like you own the place.
Since the bus didn’t leave on time anyway. Haha (which is why I was able to board smoothly😋).
Riding the bus, I finally arrived at the airport!
Meanwhile, the scenery was beautiful…
I really don’t want to go back to Korea…
I was already exhausted even before getting on the plane.
Of course! I arrived 4 hours early.
Time to take advantage of the duty-free shops… Unfortunately, I found nothing I wanted and ended up buying cleansing tissues.
I couldn’t find the product I was looking for, so I tried buying a couple of other things, and they both seemed okay.
However, the L’Oreal one had a bit of an odd smell.
I’ve definitely noticed that my in-flight meal was tastier on the return trip.
When will my next trip be…?……………..😭
