What does LINKBOO do?

LINKBOO provides free advertising services by brokering exchange visits between users.

When you visit other links, others will visit yours.

Will advertising work on LINKBOO?

Producers/sellers who need advertising are also consumers of other products/services.

LINKBOO members, who share the challenges of being producers/sellers, will mutually become high-quality consumers for one another.

Additionally, an increase in link clicks can lead to secondary benefits, such as improved visibility in search engine and social media exposure algorithms.

If I register my link, how will it be seen?

A list of representative images will appear in the search results, such as LINKBOO Lounge.

What are the criteria for appearing in the lounge?

<All>
Displays all registered LINKBOOs in random order.

<NEW>
Displays in the order of newest registrations.

<Points>
1st Priority: Links with Boosting ON sorted by the highest points.
2nd Priority: Links with Boosting OFF sorted by the highest points.
3rd Priority: Links from users with no points.

<Daily>
Displays links sorted by the most visits today.

<Weekly>
Displays links sorted by the most visits this week.

What is the Boosting feature?

Basically, LINKBOO has a point system to encourage users to interact with each other.

The boosting feature is a system that prioritizes the boosting links of members with more points in the same search query or search results, and “deducts additional points” when other users visit.

All of LINKBOO systems are free to use, and even if you don’t use boosting or don’t have enough points, you’ll still have exposure within LINKBOO.

Think of boosting as more of an add-on.

The link utilizes a priority function based on the amount of points available.
When another user visits your link, 6 points are deducted from your balance.
The visiting user receives 3 points for visiting the link.
Even if the feature is activated, it only takes effect if your remaining points are 50 or more.
If your points fall below 50, the link will effectively function as if it is in the ‘Boosting OFF’ state, even though Boosting is ON.

<Boosting OFF>

The link does not use the Boosting priority function and only applies the priority effect based on point balance.
When another user visits your link, 4 points are deducted from your balance.
The visiting user receives 2 points for visiting the link.
No points are deducted if your remaining balance is 0.

It says Boosting is not available.

There are two cases where boosting is not possible.

If not approved
If hide

If it’s hidden, click the Show button and try boosting it.

If all of these items are checked and you still see that boosting is not possible, please contact support.

Can I register for YouTube, shopping malls, personal blogs, and affiliate activities?

Yes, all but a few links (see Unregisterable links below) can be registered on LINKBOO.

LINKBOO members can help each other by using other members’ links.

Which links can't be registered?

Lingbu aims for a healthy and bright Internet environment and to facilitate interaction between members through visiting links, the links below may not be approved, and even if approved, we may suspend or delete them at our discretion without prior notice.

If you believe that a post may be harmful to public decency, such as obscenity
The site is illegal or otherwise not in the public interest.
If the content is ambiguous and it is not possible to determine whether it violates any of the above
If you have more than one popup window
Your site is too slow
Unfinished sites
Sites where you can’t view content without signing in
Real estate-related content and sites

I registered my link, but it says 'Pending'. When will it be approved?

We do not accept links that contain pornographic, gambling, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material, links that do not display properly, sites whose content cannot be viewed without logging in, or links related to real estate.

As such, we have an approval process, which takes up to 3 business days.

How do I stop/delete an ad?

Hidden: Click the [Hide] button on [MY LINKBOO] to stop displaying, and click the [Show] button to resume displaying. While hidden, you will not be visible in search or in the Lounge.

Delete: Permanently deletes the data, so it can’t be recovered after deletion.

Will my registration be deleted or hidden?

The link is reported or found to be pornographic, gambling, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, even after it has been approved at the time of registration,

Ads may be discontinued or removed at our discretion and without notice.

What is the tutorial for new members?

The tutorial for new members is as follows:

1. Earn a total of 100 points through link visits (1,000 points awarded)

Click on links in the lounge or search results and earn points.

2. Register your own LINKBOO and get it approved (1,000 points awarded)

You can register any link, including personal SNS links, and points will be awarded upon approval.
Even if you hide or delete the link after approval, the awarded points will not be reclaimed.

Where Are Points Used?

LINKBOO points are used to determine the priority of link exposure.

Since LINKBOO is fundamentally a free service, links will appear in search results even without points.

However, if you have points, priority is assigned based on the amount of points you hold.

Additionally, using the Boosting feature places your link above the point-based priority and allows for competition within links using the Boosting feature.

What is a Coupon?

Points managed by LINKBOO are not redeemable for cash but can be used to issue event coupons.

Coupons are not issued indefinitely; their quantity is adjusted at the beginning of each month based on LINKBOO’s revenue.

If the prepared quantity is exhausted, coupons will not be issued.

The following coupons are currently available after deducting specific points. Please note that the required points may vary by country due to differences in minimum value requirements:

We regularly monitor for fraudulent activities related to coupon issuance, and such actions may result in the cancellation of the request.

As more users join LINKBOO, a greater number of coupons can be issued.

Do I need to buy points to advertise?

LINKBOO is a free service, so you don’t need points to show up in search results.

However, the more points you have, the first you’ll see when using boosting, so if you need something online, search for it on LINKBOO and build up your points.

How do I earn points?

Each time you click and visit another LINKBOO, you earn at least 2 points.

3 points for Boosting ON links.
2 points for Boosting OFF links.

Points can be purchased on the [MY LINKBOO] page.

When will points be deducted?

You will be deducted 6 points when another member clicks on a link to visit one of your registered sites with boosting ON.

When another member clicks on a link with boosting turned off and visits, 4 points will be deducted.

When applying for a coupon, the required points for each specific coupon will be deducted.

Will the ads stop if I don't have any points?

The order in which search results appear is determined by query match and boosting , and the amount of points you have, but it doesn’t stop your ads.

You’ll appear in lounges or search results based on your ranking.

I purchased points and want a refund.

You can cancel a payment (or request a refund) only if you haven’t redeemed the points you redeemed from the day after the payment date (charge date) to the 7th day after the payment date (for example, a payment made on January 1 would be redeemed from the next day, January 2, to the 7th day, January 7).

In this case, LINKBOO will refund the amount after deducting the system costs for processing the cancellation and refund (such as payment cancellation fees paid to PG), and the refund will be made in the same way as the method of payment used by the member.

Cancellation and refund requests made after 7 days from the date of payment (charge date) due to simple change of heart will not be processed.

Points earned through purchases will be returned in full, and no refunds will be issued for partially redeemed points.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

LINKBOO does not have any personal information other than your email address.

The only way you can verify this is by sending a password reset email to your email address, see the instructions on the login page.

Is there a benefit to recording referrals when signing up?

Each member has a unique ID.

When you enter the unique ID of a current active member in the registration form,
you will receive 1,000 points as a basic reward and an additional 1,000 points for entering the referral ID, for a total of 2,000 points.

What are the benefits of referring others to join LINKBOO?

When a member who joined through your referral visits a site registered in LINKBOO and earns a certain amount of points, 1,000 points will be rewarded to the referrer.

What happens to my registered sites when I leave LINKBOO?

You can unsubscribe from LINKBOO at any time, and all information you registered will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

After unsubscribing, re-registration using the same email address will not be possible for one month.

How do I withdraw membership?
