Hello, I visited the local gem Royal Seafood Noodle Soup in Chuncheon.

They only serve lunch, do you know what that means?

It really means it’s a must-visit restaurant 😮

Dining Space

You have to take off your shoes, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive!

There are two types of seating: on the floor and at tables.

Menu

We ordered Clam Noodle Soup for four.

Everyone is serious about the clam noodles!

It seems like others often add octopus or shrimp from the additional menu!

There are spoons and napkins prepared in the table drawer.

The spoons are wrapped in disposable paper, which gives a more hygienic feeling.

Also, radish salad and napa cabbage kimchi are available on the side.

If you finish the kimchi, just ask the owner for more!

We also added napa cabbage kimchi, and the fermentation level was different, haha.

Personally, I found the slightly fermented kimchi that was already there to be tastier than the freshly made one.

Barley Rice

The barley rice comes out first, and mixing it with radish salad and gochujang (red chili paste) is pure art.

Honestly, I think I could eat three bowls of this…

The radish salad is sweet and spicy, just my style 😍😍

Clam Noodle Soup

Finally, the Clam Noodle Soup has arrived.

The noodles are curly and look unique, almost like handmade noodles!

It felt like they might be making the noodles themselves… (maybe not, haha).

Shrimp is included based on the number of people.

If you want to order additional items, make sure to check first!

First of all, it was great that it didn’t taste like flour and was very clean!

There were also plenty of clams in it.

Honestly, I wasn’t hungry, but… haha, it’s so delicious that it makes you overeat.

Even during our meal, more customers kept coming in!

There’s definitely a reason they only serve lunch…

If you want a simple meal but really want to go to a must-visit restaurant!

No one is really going to Jeju Island just to eat noodles, right?
