I visited Gwangmyeong Daechangjib Sanbon Branch last year, haha.

The menu was outside the store.

It was neat and easy to see.

(Former) colleagues’ gathering! We still meet occasionally..

The glasses were on the table, so we set them ourselves.

The cutlery was brought by the staff.

It was a bit strange to have seaweed as a side dish.

But what’s even stranger is that they bring out the charcoal separately..

There’s no grill on the table.

They bring out the charcoal directly, like a earthenware pot.

It must be really hot, wow.

We ate the assorted grilled meat first, but it wasn’t enough, so

we ordered two more servings of makchang (intestines). (Of course, there were 4 of us.)

Can’t miss a drink.

The staff grilled it for us, which was great.

A place that grills for you is the best, haha.

This is the medium-sized Gopchang-jjigae (intestine stew), and I can’t remember

if I added glass noodles or not.. I probably did?

The taste was just okay. It wasn’t very spicy, just a bit zesty and refreshing?

After finishing everything, we ordered two more servings of fried rice and ate it.

The fried rice was also.. just okay.

Both the Gopchang-jjigae and the fried rice

felt like the seasoning was too weak??

Even though I eat lightly, it felt very weak!!

The grilled meat was delicious, but I don’t really have a desire to revisit..

Because there are too many other delicious places.. haha.
