At Baegya Dining Lounge, the entrance is not directly visible from the first floor of the building. You need to enter the building and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. It might be a bit confusing on your first visit, so please take note.

Luxurious Interior and Comfortable Rooms

As soon as you enter, the beautifully decorated entrance with plants catches your eye. It exudes a luxurious restaurant vibe, as if it were a scene from a drama. We were guided to our reserved room, and even the hallway was decorated with stylish interior design, heightening our anticipation.

Various side dishes were already neatly set up in our reserved room. Kimchi stew, shredded perilla leaves, lettuce wraps, and pickled garlic sprouts were prepared. Notably, even though it was a floor seating room, it had openings to comfortably lower your legs, making long meals comfortable. A reservation deposit of 20,000 won is required for room reservations, and regular table seating can also be reserved. Regular tables have the advantage of allowing you to enjoy the beautiful lighting and interior design up close.

Diverse and Delicious Menu

The Bonsamgyeop (pork belly) is already perfectly grilled and ready to be enjoyed immediately. It’s even more delicious when paired with plenty of fresh perilla leaves. Personally, I prefer the cast-iron skillet style for pork belly, but the Bonsamgyeop at Baegya Dining Lounge was also excellent.

The Tomahawk and Prime Rib we ordered next offered a special experience. The Tomahawk was expertly cut by the staff right in front of us and then placed on a brazier for us to grill to our liking. Both dishes were incredibly tender and melted in your mouth, but I found the Prime Rib particularly impressive.

For side dishes, we ordered the King Crab Roe Fried Rice, Beef Brisket Ramyeon, and Custard Pudding. The King Crab Roe Fried Rice had a slightly less intense crab flavor than expected, but it was still enjoyable, similar to a stone pot bibimbap. On the other hand, the Beef Brisket Ramyeon had a perfectly spicy and sharp broth that seemed to cleanse the palate from the richness of the meat. It was so addictive that we kept eating it even when we were full. The Beef Brisket Ramyeon is a highly recommended dish!

The Custard Pudding was served with maple syrup and was quite sweet. The texture of the pudding itself was a bit different from my preference, but its addictive taste made me finish almost all of it.

Overall Review and Recommendation for Company Dinners

Even the restrooms at Baegya Dining Lounge were beautifully decorated, making the entire experience pleasant. While the price point might be a bit high for some, it is an excellent choice for small company dinners. Reservations for 7 or more people require separate inquiry.

With its quiet and private rooms, luxurious interior, and most importantly, delicious meat, the calm and organized atmosphere, unlike the noisy ambiance of typical barbecue restaurants, makes it a perfect spot for important meetings or business dinners.
