Phu Quoc: Day 1 of 3 Nights 5 Days Trip

How long has it been since I’ve been to the airport…

It was originally Korean Air, but the flight was canceled, so I changed it as a last resort… ㅠㅠ

I arrived too early at 6 AM, so I had to wait for about an hour.

​

Since it was too early, there was only one restaurant open inside the gate.

I ordered the octopus bibimbap as a single dish.

​

While waiting for boarding, I opened a ring I bought at the duty-free shop.

But it was surprisingly delicious ㅎ

The flight was at 9:30 AM, but by the time I arrived at the accommodation and checked in, it was almost 3:40 PM… ㅜㅜ

I had a massage appointment at 4 PM, so I checked in in a hurry…

​

Room condition is good

The bathroom is the most important thing for me wherever I go, and it was clean and nice ㅎㅎ

​

But one of the standing lamps was slightly broken lol

When you search for Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc, two locations appear: one in Grand World and one in Duong Dong Night Market.

This is the Vinpearl Land Phu Quoc located in Grand World.

​

I was so curious about the stone massage since I searched for it in Korea, so I chose the 90-minute stone massage…

​

And I ended up going here for 3 out of the 4 days…

​

First, they give you a simple questionnaire to choose your massage, focus areas, and oil scent.

​

After you choose, it starts with a foot bath ㅎㅎ

​

Then, you lie down and your muscles are worked on…

​

I was so tired from crouching and sleeping on the cramped plane, it felt so refreshing.

It’s in Duong Dong Night Market, about a 40-minute drive from Vinpearl Resort… ㅠㅠ

There were many options for choosing the flavor,

I ordered the #4 Crab House Special and the medium spice level (1 chili pepper icon).

​

But it wasn’t spicy at all.

​

It was delicious.

​

I later found out that the #1 Garlic Butter is supposed to be really good…

It was hot and humid, and so crowded that I was really drained…

So, I went to get a drink first ㅎ

The name of this place… I didn’t take a picture of the sign, so I don’t know,

but it was the cleanest-looking cafe inside the night market with a white sign…

​

It was delicious!!

But I was too full to eat much ㅠㅠ

On the way back to the accommodation…

I hailed a random taxi and negotiated the price to Vinpearl Resort…

​

There are so many motorbikes…
