Today’s tour starts in the afternoon, so we had a leisurely breakfast~<\/p>\n

I took a picture of the dishes I missed on the first day, lol.<\/p>\n

There was a rooftop swimming pool, so I went for a morning swim.<\/p>\n

There was also a gym on the same floor, but not many machines.<\/p>\n

The operating hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM.<\/p>\n

It closes between 3 PM and 4 PM.<\/p>\n

You can borrow towels from the cafe on the first floor, so please refer to the photo!<\/p>\n

Also, there was a hotel under construction in front of it, and I guess once it’s finished,<\/p>\n

it might be difficult to see the ocean view from Grandis.<\/p>\n

Enjoyed swimming to the fullest.<\/p>\n

It was nice because no one was there at that early hour!<\/p>\n

The sun was very hot, and the ground was scorching hot, so make sure to wear shoes…<\/p>\n

For lunch, we decided to have a simple meal at KFC in the shopping center.<\/p>\n

We ordered a chicken set, a single hamburger, and a cola.<\/p>\n

It turned out the hamburger was buy-one-get-one-free, which surprised us.<\/p>\n

Looking again, it says [free] in the detailed description lol.<\/p>\n

The drink with the chicken set was lemon iced tea, which was very bland.<\/p>\n

The soda was also bland.<\/p>\n

It seems like the drinks at any place taste like they have a little bit of powder mixed in.<\/p>\n

I took the remaining hamburger to go.<\/p>\n

Then, I went shopping at Vinci, a famous miscellaneous goods store Malaysia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I only intended to browse, but the bags were so cute and cheap…<\/p>\n

I hesitated between two, but ended up buying both….<\/p>\n

I had booked a massage before the tour, so I took a selfie with my mom while waiting~<\/p>\n

I always thought I looked exactly like my dad,<\/p>\n

but looking at the photo, I seem to resemble my mom a lot too, haha.<\/p>\n

We took a van to the Sea Spa massage shop.<\/p>\n

It was located near the Number One Mart we visited yesterday.<\/p>\n

It was much better than the massage shop we went to yesterday.<\/p>\n

It was a 90-minute full-body aromatherapy massage, and it was just the right amount of firm and soothing pressure.<\/p>\n

The owner here is Korean (I think so, at least),<\/p>\n

so I think it would be great to make a personal reservation and visit.<\/p>\n

(I went again on the last day and highly recommend the foot massage).<\/p>\n

After the massage, we came to Beringgis Restaurant for the sunset and firefly tour.<\/p>\n

There’s a small pier here, and we take a boat from here.<\/p>\n

While waiting, they were selling ice cream, so we got one each.<\/p>\n

It cost about 12 ringgit for two.<\/p>\n

And this place is a paradise for cats…<\/p>\n

There were so many, but only this one came out clearly in the photo \u315c<\/p>\n

They are angel cats that don’t run away and love to rub against you \ud83d\ude2d<\/p>\n

We took a boat out a short distance to the sunset tour spot!<\/p>\n

The river connects to the sea, and it took less than 5 minutes to get there.<\/p>\n

I took a lot of jump shots, but the beach wasn’t that pretty.<\/p>\n

There was a lot of trash, and it was low tide…<\/p>\n

The sky with the moon was also pink and pretty.<\/p>\n

After the sunset tour, we returned to the restaurant.<\/p>\n

They served a Korean-style buffet for dinner.<\/p>\n

The kimchi here is amazing lol.<\/p>\n

Both the cucumber kimchi and the radish kimchi were so delicious…<\/p>\n

We played with a cheesy cat before the firefly tour.<\/p>\n

Due to the nature of firefly tours, they are not visible with too much light,<\/p>\n

so we were asked to refrain from using our phones, and I couldn’t take any firefly photos.<\/p>\n

Also, it’s not as close as the photos suggest,<\/p>\n

and the number of fireflies wasn’t that high, so it wasn’t super bright.<\/p>\n

Only one or two came close to the boat, but even those didn’t stay long \u315c<\/p>\n

Still, we saw a tree similar to a Christmas tree, and it was pretty with its twinkling lights.<\/p>\n

The guide said it was a day with not many fireflies, which was a shame \u3160<\/p>\n

We also briefly saw a crocodile living by the river… wow.<\/p>\n

Back at the hotel, we had a late-night snack.<\/p>\n

The beer was delicious.<\/p>\n

that there’s an arrow on the ceiling in each hotel room.<\/p>\n

I looked and found a small one stuck in the corner.<\/p>\n
