I visited a place near Suwon<\/a> Station that offers unlimited lamb and beef tripe.<\/p>\n

It was originally a limited-time event last December, but due to its popularity, they plan to continue it indefinitely! Of course, \u00e0 la carte orders are also available.<\/p>\n

There was another event at the entrance. If the number on the bottle cap matches the lucky number, you get a service item. I was too lazy to check, but I should have at least looked at the number! haha<\/p>\n

I arrived a little before 8 PM on a weekday, and luckily, there was exactly one table left, so I could eat right away without waiting. Reading reviews from other visitors, some had to wait about 30 minutes at 6:30 PM on a weekday. And I was so lucky that a few more groups came in shortly after I was seated!<\/p>\n

The unlimited refill for adults is 33,000 won per person, but since ordering \u00e0 la carte would cost more anyway, it’s more beneficial to just order the unlimited refill!<\/p>\n

This is the complimentary doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew). The portion is quite large, enough to go with two bowls of rice?<\/p>\n

The basic side dishes include ssam vegetables, pickled vegetables, salad, and onion salad.<\/p>\n

And then, the star of the show appeared. They give you a generous amount from the start.<\/p>\n

First, I ate the unmarinated short ribs and sirloin. Personally, I found the sirloin to be tastier!<\/p>\n

You grill them yourself over charcoal. The short ribs have a satisfying chewy texture, and the sirloin melts softly in your mouth!<\/p>\n

As I was eating, they brought out a complimentary steamed egg! It was so moist and full of moisture that it just slid down my throat. I ended up burning the roof of my mouth, lol.<\/p>\n

After finishing the raw meat, I started on the lamb and beef tripe! For the first plate of innards, the staff grills it for you. The service is great even for an unlimited refill!<\/p>\n

The ventilation fan sucked in the smoke like a dementor… The staff grilled it and gave me the abomasum first. Seeing the color, I thought it was too red…? I’m sensitive to a metallic smell, so I flinched, but it was the most delicious abomasum I’ve ever eaten lol. I don’t usually like it because it gets tough and dry if overcooked, but they grilled it perfectly moist.<\/p>\n

I refilled the lamb and beef tripe one more time, but because they gave me so much at first, I was incredibly full. Also, as I ate more, the characteristic metallic smell of innards became more noticeable, so I couldn’t eat much more. \u3160 I thought I should eat more raw meat next time, but then I just realized, if I’m going to do that, wouldn’t it be better to go to an unlimited beef restaurant? lol<\/p>\n

Personally, I prefer a stone grill over charcoal, so I might hesitate to revisit, but for those who go crazy for innards, it’s a place worth visiting at least once!!!<\/p>\n
