Although it&#8217;s primarily known for its raw mantis shrimp, we came specifically for the boneless braised cutlassfish after searching for it, so we ordered two servings of the cutlassfish stew.<\/p>\n<p>According to the owner, other branches do not serve cutlassfish stew; it&#8217;s a dish you can only enjoy here at Yeogosi Jeju Woljeong Branch. At first, there was quite a lot of broth, but the owner recommended letting it simmer to enhance the flavor. We were so hungry that we ate it right away, but as the broth reduced over time, it became heavenly. Since it&#8217;s a specialty restaurant for mantis shrimp, my expectations were high, and it was truly delicious dipped in sesame oil. Even though we only ordered one serving, the portion was huge, and it seemed like they even added extra cutlassfish meat as a service. Even though I was full, I ended up overeating.<\/p>\n<p>My friend who was with me also raved about how delicious it was, and I plan to visit again soon. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, making for a very pleasant dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re looking for delicious boneless braised cutlassfish in the <a href=\"\/en\/travel-location\/?tl=jeju-city\">Jeju City<\/a> area, I highly recommend Yeogosi Jeju Woljeong Branch.
