We ordered the half-and-half kkomjang-eo and added nakji tangtang-i. However, due to the direct grilling, it had a strong burnt flavor and felt chewier than dakbal. Personally, I preferred the spicy marinated version. The salt-grilled one tasted a bit bland, so I ended up mixing it with the spicy marinated kkomjang-eo. While it wasn&#8217;t as delicious as I had hoped, the texture itself was good. The tangtang-i served as a basic side dish was also good, but it disappeared quickly due to the number of people, so we ordered more. The ingredients seemed fresh overall.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/linksboo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/linkboo_52698_22_IMG_4441.webp\" alt=\"Fresh ingredients\"><figcaption>Fresh ingredients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>It&#8217;s still difficult to determine if this dish suits my taste or if this place is a hidden gem.
