It&#8217;s the kind of place you crave when your throat feels scratchy like these days. It seemed to be a popular spot for company dinners for nearby office workers. Scallion salad, perilla leaves, pickled onions, pickled radish wraps \u2013 all the perfect companions for meat were present. The jjondak-sal, as its name suggests, had a delightfully chewy and firm texture, but my absolute favorite was the pork belly, which was incredibly tender. It&#8217;s rare for a Korean BBQ restaurant&#8217;s naengmyeon to be this good, but here, even the side dishes were perfect.
