If there is any conflict with the Korean Terms of Service, the Korean version prevails (Article 18(3)).<\/p>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-1\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 1 (Purpose)<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>These Terms set out the basic matters, including the rights, obligations and responsibilities of FORCIERS Co., Ltd. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) and Members and the procedures for use, in using \u2018LINKBOO\u2019 (linksboo.com), the global blog traffic and marketing platform operated by the Company, the LINKBOO app, and related services (linksboo.blog, etc.; together the \u201cService\u201d).<\/p>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-2\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 2 (Definitions)<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>Terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.<\/p>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cService\u201d means all platform services provided by the Company, including exposure of Members\u2019 own links and mutual marketing between Members (\u201cLINKBOO Links\u201d), AI-based creation and publishing of multilingual review-style curation\/translation pages (\u201cAI Multilingual Blog\u201d), ad revenue sharing and settlement, and a space for Members to talk and play (the \u201cLounge\u201d).<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cUser\u201d means a Member or non-member who accesses the Service and uses it under these Terms.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cMember\u201d means a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Service, continuously receives the Company\u2019s information, and can keep using the Service.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cCuration page\u201d means a multilingual web page that the Company publishes on LINKBLOG (linksboo.blog) etc. based on the original blog post URL registered by a Member, adapted and translated by AI and other means into an intro\/summary-style review page without copying the whole original. Each page includes a backlink (Original Link) to the original blog.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cFree Points\u201d and \u201cPaid Points\u201d mean a non-cashable activity wallet credited through visit credits, referrals, events and paid top-ups; amounts granted free of charge by the Company are \u201cFree Points\u201d and amounts the Member tops up by payment are \u201cPaid Points\u201d. They are not refunded in cash. Any gift-card or coupon exchange offered by the Company through events does not mean cashability or a refund and follows separate notices. They are not spent directly on link exposure or click debits; Members assign chosen amounts to \u201cAd Points\u201d. On earlier Service screens, \u201cActivity points\u201d and \u201cfree points\u201d meant Free Points, and \u201cPurchased points\u201d meant Paid Points.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cAd Points (AP)\u201d means the balance on which link exposure (minimum balance) and boosting are based and from which inbound Visit link clicks are debited. They are credited by assigning Free Points or Paid Points or by complimentary grants set by the Company (e.g. the signup bonus). The on-screen unit is AP.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cAssignment\u201d means converting Free Points or Paid Points held by a Member into Ad Points. Assignment is use of those points; the same quantity of Ad Points is credited in return, and assigned amounts cannot be converted back into Free Points or Paid Points.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cReward Points (RP)\u201d means settlement points calculated and credited based on valid traffic and ad revenue contribution from a Member\u2019s curation pages, which may be redeemed as cash or gift cards under the Company\u2019s criteria.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\u201cPolicy\u201d means the separate rules and notices, delegated by these Terms, that set detailed figures such as point credit, debit and assignment rules, registration rules by link type, Reward unit rates, settlement conditions and service use standards.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-3\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 3 (Posting, Effect and Amendment)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company posts these Terms on the Service\u2019s start screen or a linked screen so that Members can easily read them.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>When amending these Terms, the Company announces the amended Terms together with the current Terms, stating the effective date and reasons, from 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are unfavorable to Members are announced with at least 30 days\u2019 advance notice and notified individually, for example by the registered email.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>If the Company clearly notified, when announcing the amendment under the preceding paragraph, that \u201cnot objecting within the notice period will be deemed consent\u201d and the Member does not expressly object, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-4\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 4 (Relationship to the Policy)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company may set detailed operating policies for the Service (point credit and debit rules, registration rules by link type, Reward allocation and settlement rules, anti-abuse guidelines, etc.). Current figures are published in the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Policy details (point units, discount rates, specific allocation ratios, minimum payout amounts, etc.) may change with market conditions and the service environment; the Company announces changes at least 7 days in advance through in-Service notices or the Policy page. Unfavorable changes follow Article 3(3).<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Matters not set out in these Terms, and their interpretation, follow the Policy, the separate Privacy Policy, relevant laws and commercial practice.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-5\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 5 (Registration and Account Management)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>The membership agreement is formed when a User agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, enters member information in the sign-up form set by the Company (email sign-up, Google sign-in, etc.), and the Company approves it.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Applicants must be 14 years of age or older; children under 14 cannot register. The Company may include an age check (such as a self-confirmation box) in the sign-up process and may restrict use or terminate the account if the confirmation turns out to be false.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Each person may create and hold only one account. If a person creates multiple accounts or registers using another person\u2019s identity, use may be restricted or the account may be terminated.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Members are fully responsible for the security and management of their account information (password, email, verification information, etc.) and may not transfer, lend or sell their account or points to others.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-6\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company complies with relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information and Communications Network Act, to protect Members\u2019 personal information.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Details of the Company\u2019s collection, use, provision, entrustment, overseas transfer and destruction of personal information follow the separately published <a href=\"\/privacy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-7\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 7 (Provision and Change of the Service)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company provides Members with the following services.\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Exposure and ordering of links\/images registered by Members and mutual marketing between Members (\u201cLINKBOO Links\u201d)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Analysis of original blog posts and automatic creation and publishing of multilingual review-style curation\/translation pages (\u201cAI Multilingual Blog\u201d)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Ad integration on curation\/translation pages, revenue sharing and Reward settlement<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The Lounge (communication between Members through posts, comments and messages; the Aquarium; Daily Fortune; the Billboard; Question of the day and quizzes; activity score, levels and titles; the Cosmetics shop; Aquarium showcase posts and share cards; creator profiles; etc.)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Public YouTube video information provided through YouTube API Services (the home \u201cTrending\u201d tab, rankings, K-Vibe, the search Videos tab, etc.; \u201cPlatform Videos\u201d)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Other marketing support services developed by the Company or provided through partners<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company may change or temporarily suspend the content of the Service for service improvement, system maintenance or other operational or technical needs, and will announce this on the Service screen in advance or afterward.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Display and retention of Platform Videos:\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Screens: Platform Videos are shown on the home \u201cTrending\u201d, ranking (Weekly, Popular, Most viewed) and K-Vibe tabs and the search Videos tab, and are not mixed into the same lists as links registered by Members (the home \u201cLINK\u201d tab, Points ranking and search Links tab). No recommended links or ads are inserted into search results.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Regions: the Korean screen shows popular and recent videos from Korea (KR), and the English screen shows popular and recent videos from the United States (US); K-Vibe videos are shown on both. The search Videos tab likewise shows videos for the region of the screen language together with K-Vibe videos.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Ordering: rankings are ordered by views within LINKBOO (Weekly), the number of bookmarks by LINKBOO Members (Popular), and the original view count provided by YouTube (the \u201cMost viewed\u201d ranking tab and the \u201cHOT\u201d sort in K-Vibe). No separate score derived from YouTube data is used.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Retention: the Company keeps Platform Video information for the following periods, counted from the YouTube publish date. If more than one applies, the longest period applies.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Videos collected in general: 1 month<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Videos on the YouTube popular chart: while on the chart and for 1 month after leaving it<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Videos with many views (1,000,000 or more for Korean videos, 5,000,000 or more for US videos): 12 months<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>K-Vibe videos: 6 months<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>K-Spot local and travel videos: 24 months<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Videos bookmarked by a Member: as long as a bookmark remains<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Videos past their retention period stop being shown, are moved to the trash, and are permanently deleted 30 days later; videos already past their retention period are not newly collected.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Videos designated as made for kids are not collected and, if found, stop being shown and are deleted. Videos rejected by the Company for operational reasons are not shown again.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Visiting the address of a video that has been deleted or can no longer be viewed shows a notice that the video is no longer available and then moves to the \u201cTrending\u201d screen.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Company-operated accounts: the Company may register links and posts through accounts it manages to operate the Service. Company-operated accounts are not eligible for Rewards, payouts, event prizes or Billboard auctions.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Company advertising: the Company may place its own ads and affiliate ads (such as Coupang Partners) on Service screens (such as Lounge post pages), and affiliate ads are labeled \u201cAd\u201d together with a disclosure that the Company may be compensated. The Company may earn a commission on purchases made through affiliate ads, and views of and clicks on Company ads and affiliate ads neither credit nor debit Members\u2019 points. Affiliate ads may appear on both the web and the LINKBOO app (in the app, the link opens outside the app, in the Coupang app or a browser), while ads from external ad networks (such as Google AdSense) are not shown on LINKBOO app screens.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-8\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 8 (Prohibited Content and User Obligations)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Members must not register or post the following content or external links when using the Service.\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Content related to illegal acts, fraud, gambling, phishing, hacking or malware distribution<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Adult, obscene or pornographic content, or content that is violent or incites hatred<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Content that infringes third parties\u2019 intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.), portrait rights or reputation<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>False or exaggerated advertising, spam links, or other content that violates relevant laws<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>If a Member violates paragraph (1), the Company may, without prior notice, stop exposing, edit or delete the content and restrict the account (temporary suspension or termination).<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>When using Lounge posts, comments, messages and other member-to-member features, Members must not post or send content described in paragraph (1), harass other Members, or repeatedly send unwanted promotions or spam. The Company runs a filter that automatically screens profanity, hate speech and similar expressions, and posts, comments, messages and nicknames caught by the filter may be refused (not posted, sent or changed).<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Reports: Members may report posts and messages that violate these Terms or the law using the in-Service report feature; a message can be reported only by its recipient. The Company may review the content of reported posts and messages to handle the report. Depending on the review, the Company may delete the content, warn the author, or restrict the account (temporarily or permanently), and may restrict reporting for Members who repeatedly file false reports.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-9\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 9 (Link Listing and Exposure Control)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Members may list their own links on platform surfaces only while they hold valid Ad Points.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>When a Member\u2019s Ad Points fall below the minimum balance for exposure set in the Policy, exposure stops automatically and may resume when Ad Points are obtained by assignment.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Link order and boosting (priority exposure) are decided by considering the Member\u2019s boost setting and Ad Point balance, among other factors; the specific ordering logic follows the Policy.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>YouTube links: YouTube video and channel links registered by Members run as exposure-type ads and are labeled \u201cYouTube\u201d on screen. The Company does not use YouTube API Services or oEmbed for these links, so the Member registers the title and thumbnail image; the Service shows the image and title without a YouTube player, and tapping the title or the \u201cVisit link\u201d button (shown without points) on the Flow screen goes to YouTube. These links are shown only on screens that show Members\u2019 links (the home \u201cLINK\u201d tab, Points ranking and search Links tab, and the Flow that continues them) and on the Lounge Billboard (auction-won spots, attendance spots, and spots filled from the Points ranking when no bid has won); they are not mixed with Platform Videos. The registering Member\u2019s Ad Points are debited for clicks from the Flow screen that go to YouTube (clicks on the Lounge Billboard are not debited, under paragraph 7), and, in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, no points are given to users who watch or click them or to referrers.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>YouTube videos: YouTube video information shown in the Service is provided through YouTube API Services. Members and users who watch YouTube videos or use YouTube features in the Service agree to be bound by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/t\/terms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube Terms of Service<\/a>. Related personal information is handled under Article 18 of the <a href=\"\/en\/privacy\/#privacy-art-18\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/policies\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Coupang links: Coupang products can be registered only under the \u201cCoupang product\u201d type and only with a plain Coupang product page address; such links earn and are debited in the same way as normal links. Coupang Partners links (addresses carrying affiliate tracking values, short or redirect addresses, etc.) cannot be registered, and Coupang addresses cannot be registered as \u201cOther\u201d links. Beyond Coupang, other affiliate links whose terms forbid rewarded traffic (visits rewarded with points or the like) cannot be registered. The Company may refuse to register, or stop exposing, links that do not meet these rules.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Link visits and when debits happen: tapping a Member link\u2019s card on the home, search, etc. opens the Flow screen, and the link is reached only by tapping \u201cVisit link\u201d on that Flow screen. Ad Point debits and visit credits happen only on this Visit link click, and are processed when the visitor leaves Linksboo for at least 5 seconds after the click and comes back within 30 minutes (nothing is processed if the visitor returns sooner or does not return within 30 minutes); opening Flow or a link appearing on screen does not by itself cause a debit or credit. Clicks in My Boo (bookmarks and watch history) and on the Lounge Billboard only record the visit and cause no debit or credit.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Audience language: when registering or editing a link, a Member may choose its \u201cAudience language\u201d (All, Korean or English; All by default); if Korean or English is chosen, the link is shown only on screens in that language.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Detailed registration rules and credit\/debit figures for each link type follow the Policy.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-10\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 10 (Point System)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Types of points: the points provided by the Company are Free Points and Paid Points (kept apart within the same wallet), Ad Points and Reward Points for settlement, each managed in a separate ledger.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Paid Points are those the Member bought with a payment method; Free Points are those granted free of charge through missions, events, referral credits, etc. The Ad Points granted as a signup bonus are complimentary but separate from the Free Point balance.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Assignment: Members may assign a chosen amount of Free Points or Paid Points to Ad Points. Assignment is use of those points and the same quantity of Ad Points is credited. Assigned amounts cannot be converted back into Free Points or Paid Points, and assigned Paid Points are excluded from refunds under Article 11.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Debits for inbound Visit link clicks on links are taken from Ad Points, and link exposure (minimum balance) and boosting are also based on the Ad Point balance. Detailed credit\/debit figures and caps follow the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/#pp-art-6\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Use in the Lounge: Members may spend Free Points, Paid Points and Ad Points on uses set by the Company in the Lounge, such as the Aquarium shop, extra or detailed Daily Fortune readings, Billboard bids and the Cosmetics shop. Which points can be used and the prices follow each screen and the Policy. Paid Points spent in the Lounge count as used and are excluded from refunds under Article 11, and points spent in the Lounge cannot be taken back except where the Company provides for a return (for example, when a Billboard bid is outbid). The Lounge activity score, levels and titles are not points and cannot be cashed out or transferred (details in Article 7-3 of the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/#pp-art-7-3\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a>).<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Expiry: when a Member withdraws voluntarily or is terminated for violating these Terms, Free Points, Ad Points and Reward Points not yet applied for payout expire automatically and are not restored. Remaining unassigned Paid Points follow Articles 11, 14 and 16.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-11\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 11 (Paid Points \u2014 Payment, Cooling-off and Refund)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Members may buy Paid Point packages using the payment methods designated by the Company. Packages and prices follow the in-Service price list; payment methods and prices may differ by channel (web or app) and screen language.\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Web, Korean screen: payment in Korean won by credit card and other methods through a payment gateway (PortOne and connected PGs). Displayed prices include VAT.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Web, English screen: payment in US dollars (USD) through PayPal. The amount is the Korean won price excluding VAT, converted at the exchange rate set by the Company; the checkout screen also shows the Korean won amount (excluding VAT) for reference.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>LINKBOO app: in-app purchase through the app store (Google Play). Prices follow the amount shown on the app store checkout.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Cooling-off: if none of the Paid Points from a purchase have been used within 7 days of payment (including assignment to Ad Points and use in the Lounge), the Member may cancel the payment (withdraw the purchase) with no refund fee.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Scope of use: Paid Points assigned to Ad Points and Paid Points spent in the Service, such as in the Lounge, count as used. Bonus Free Points granted with a purchase through promotions are excluded from the refund calculation and may expire when the refund is processed.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Refund after partial use: if part of the Paid Points from a purchase has been used (or a refund is requested more than 7 days after payment), the refund is calculated as follows.\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Refund = total payment for that purchase \u2212 (used Paid Points \u00d7 applicable unit price) \u2212 refund fee<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Applicable unit price: the higher of the effective unit price of that purchase and the Standard (list) unit price posted on the price list at the time of purchase. The effective unit price is the payment for that purchase divided by the Paid Points granted by it (excluding bonus Free Points).<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Refund fee: in principle KRW 1,000, including remittance costs; for payments made in US dollars (USD), KRW 1,000 converted into US dollars at the exchange rate set by the Company. The exact amount and whether it applies follow in-Service notices. No refund fee applies to a cooling-off cancellation under paragraph (2) (completely unused within 7 days).<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Free Points and Ad Points obtained through the signup bonus (including Ad Points), events, mutual promotion rewards, etc. are not refunded in cash.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Refund of unused Paid Points: if none of the Paid Points from a purchase have been used, a full refund of the purchase price is the principle regardless of the cooling-off period in paragraph (2). A Member who wishes to withdraw must request the refund before withdrawing (Article 16). After 7 days from payment, the refund fee in paragraph (4)(c) may be deducted.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Refund method: refunds are, in principle, returned through the payment method used.\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Credit card and other Korean won payments: cancellation (full or partial) through the payment gateway<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>PayPal (USD) payments: refunded through PayPal in US dollars, the payment currency. Conversion into the currency of the Member\u2019s PayPal account or card follows the policies of PayPal and the card issuer.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>App store (Google Play) payments: the app store\u2019s payment and refund policies and procedures also apply, and refunds are processed through the app store (Google). Members may ask the app store for a refund directly; refunds requested from the Company follow paragraphs (2) to (6), and the amount may be set to fit the app store\u2019s partial-refund rules (e.g. pre-tax amounts).<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Recovery on cancellation or refund: if a payment is cancelled or refunded (including app store refunds, PayPal refunds and reversals, card cancellations and chargebacks), the Company recovers the Paid Points granted for it from the Member\u2019s Free Point and Paid Point balance and, if insufficient, from Ad Points. The same applies when an app store or payment provider notifies the Company of a refund or chargeback. Any amount still unrecovered is treated as a debt the Member owes the Company.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Purchase limits: to prevent payment fraud, the Company may limit per-payment or periodic amounts and available packages based on payment method, account age and payment history, as shown in the Service (e.g. on the payment screen).<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-12\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 12 (Ad Revenue Reward Partnership and Settlement)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Reward funding: the \u201cad revenue\u201d that funds Reward Points means only the net settlement amounts from external advertisers actually paid into and confirmed in the Company\u2019s account by external ad networks embedded in multilingual curation\/translation pages (Google AdSense, affiliate marketing networks, etc.). Point top-up payments made by Members for mutual marketing and boosting on the platform are the platform\u2019s own operating revenue and are excluded from Reward funding.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Valid view criteria: for transparent Reward calculation, the Company measures visitors\u2019 actual dwell status and whether the browser is active; detailed valid-dwell conditions and duplicate-prevention rules follow the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/#pp-art-9\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Clawback and offset for invalid traffic: if an ad network later finds invalid traffic, deducts for click fraud or claws back settlement amounts, the Company may recover Rewards already credited or paid to the Member or offset them against the next month\u2019s settlement.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Reward allocation and conditions:\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Reward unit rates, revenue-share partnership conditions and activity bonus conditions follow the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/#pp-art-8\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>A Member\u2019s monthly Rewards are calculated from <strong>settlement-target-month (prior month) performance<\/strong> and credited automatically only if the revenue-share partnership under the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a> is valid <strong>on the day the credit is executed<\/strong>. If the partnership is not valid on that day, nothing is credited and there is no retroactive credit.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Payout: once Reward Points reach the minimum application unit set by the Company, they are paid by bank transfer or converted into gift cards; withholding taxes and actual financial fees may be deducted. Minimum amounts and fees are published in the <a href=\"\/points-policy\/#pp-art-11\">Points &amp; Rewards Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>For payout and settlement, the Company may ask the Member to submit necessary information such as identity verification, legal name, country of residence, account and payment details and tax documents; if the Member refuses without good reason or submits false information, the Company may hold or refuse settlement.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-13\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 13 (Copyright, Content License and AI-Generated Pages)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Copyright in the original blog posts and images registered by a Member belongs to that Member.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>By registering the URL of original content, the Member grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, to the extent needed to operate the Service, to collect and analyze the content, create, adapt and translate review-style curation\/translation pages with AI, publish them on the platform and connected sites, and integrate ads. In doing so, the Company does not copy the whole original but creates intro\/summary-style curation pages.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>To support the original platforms and respect copyright, the Company always places a backlink (Original Link) on curation\/translation pages that leads directly to the original blog.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Rights in AI-generated pages (curation pages): the Company holds the operational and control rights over the multilingual web pages adapted and translated by AI into intro\/summary-style reviews without copying the whole original, and over their static HTML structure, metadata and system database entries.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Deletion and residual copies: when a Member asks to delete their content URL from the platform, the Company promptly unpublishes or deletes the related curation\/translation pages and images. However, information already stored in external search engine indexes, caches or backups may remain in search results for some time after the Company\u2019s action, according to the search engines\u2019 and backup policies; the Company does not control how quickly they are removed or updated.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Escrow in copyright disputes: when a third party reports copyright infringement, the Company immediately suspends exposure of the content and holds (escrows) Reward settlement arising from it. The Company gives the original author a chance to respond and, depending on the response and a lawful assessment, resumes settlement or finally excludes or offsets it.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-14\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 14 (Abuse and Sanctions)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company treats the following as abnormal, fraudulent conduct (abuse).\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Using macros, bots, VPNs (IP bypass), proxies, automation tools, etc. for improper purposes (traffic manipulation, improper point accumulation, inducing ad clicks, etc.)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Creating multiple accounts for improper purposes or organizing abnormal mutual clicking<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Deliberately and repeatedly clicking one\u2019s own ads\/links (self-clicking) or forcing others to do so<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Other acts that deceive the platform\u2019s normal point and traffic settlement logic<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Using Paid Points (including assignment to Ad Points and use in the Lounge) and then cancelling the payment or obtaining a refund (including a chargeback) through an app store, PayPal, card issuer or other payment provider<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The Company may make the final determination of abuse by comprehensively analyzing access IP, cookies, browser fingerprints, dwell time, device identifiers, etc.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Sanctions: if abuse is confirmed or reasonably suspected, the Company may take the following measures without prior notice.\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Temporarily holding point credits and Reward settlement for the account<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Recovering and cancelling all improperly accumulated points and Rewards<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Deleting the content and restricting use of the Service (temporary suspension or termination)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>Restricting payment features (such as app store in-app purchases)<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>If abuse causes the Company actual losses, such as server recovery costs or losses from sanctions on its ad network (Google, etc.) accounts, the Company may first deduct the loss from the Member\u2019s Paid Point balance and may claim further damages under civil or criminal law.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Paid Points on termination: any legitimately purchased Paid Point balance remaining after recovery and deductions under paragraphs (3) and (4) is refunded under Article 11. However, payments and points directly related to the abuse may be cancelled without refund.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Cancellation or refund after use: if points remain unrecovered under Article 11(8) because of conduct described in paragraph (1)(e), the Company may restrict the account without prior notice (including permanently) and may block re-registration or identity verification with the email address, mobile number or external sign-in ID used by that account. The Company may lift the restriction once the Member repays the unrecovered amount.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>For other accounts used on a device that an account restricted under paragraph (6) used, the Company may restrict payment features while keeping the account active. The restriction is lifted if the Member shows legitimate use through Customer Support.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-15\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 15 (Limitation of Liability and Expected Revenue)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>No SEO or revenue guarantee: the Company provides AI translation and search engine optimization (SEO) technology but does not guarantee any outcome regarding external search engines\u2019 (Google, Naver, etc.) algorithm changes, policy changes, indexing, ranking changes or the amount of ad revenue ultimately generated, and is not liable for them.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Temporary suspension and expected revenue:\n\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>The Company may temporarily suspend the Service or blog publishing for system maintenance, server replacement, communication failures, policy changes of external partners (Google AdSense, etc.) or force majeure.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t<li>A decrease in the Member\u2019s ad revenue, unrealized expected profits or indirect losses caused by such suspension or by posts not being published are not direct damages the Company is legally obliged to compensate, and the Company bears no liability for them.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>External links: the Company gives no warranty for the content, goods, services or legal defects of external sites (YouTube, shopping malls, social media, etc.) reached through links registered by Members; related disputes must be resolved entirely by the Member who registered the link.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Limit of liability: even where the Company is liable to a Member for breach of these Terms, its liability cannot exceed the refundable amount of the Member\u2019s actually paid \u201cunused Paid Points\u201d. This does not apply to damages caused by the Company\u2019s willful misconduct or gross negligence.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-16\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 16 (Withdrawal and Account Settlement)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>Members may apply to withdraw (delete their account) at any time through \u201cDelete account\u201d on the My Info screen or through Customer Support.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>A Member who wants a refund of unassigned Paid Points must request it from Customer Support before withdrawing. Refunds are processed under Article 11 (purchases with no use under Article 11(6), partially used purchases under Article 11(4)), and the Member then withdraws by themselves after the refund is complete. Refunds are not accepted on the withdrawal screen.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>To withdraw while unassigned Paid Points remain, the Member must, on the withdrawal screen, give up the right to a refund of that amount and agree (by ticking the box) that it will be forfeited. Once withdrawal is completed after this agreement, those Paid Points are forfeited and are not refunded. To prepare for disputes, the Company records the amount given up and the time of agreement in the point history and keeps it.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>When voluntary withdrawal is completed, Free Points, Ad Points and Reward Points not yet applied for payout are forfeited and cannot be restored. Reward Points the Member wants paid out must be applied for before withdrawing.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>To prevent misuse, a Member who has withdrawn cannot register again with the same email address or mobile number for 1 month from the date of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Paid Points on forced termination follow Article 14(5).<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-17\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 17 (Settlement on Service Shutdown)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>If the Company intends to permanently shut down the Service for business reasons, it will notify Members at least 30 days before the shutdown date through a notice on the start screen and by email.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Paid Points: unassigned Paid Points held by a Member as of the shutdown notice date are refunded under Article 11 to the payment method used or to the Member\u2019s bank account. Ad Points and Free Points expire when the Service ends.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Rewards: Reward Points properly credited under these Terms and the Policy are paid if the Member applies within the announced period. Abusive accounts and data that do not meet settlement eligibility are excluded.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>No claim for expected revenue: future expected ad revenue lost because a Member\u2019s blog content is no longer exposed after the shutdown is not a loss the Company compensates.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ol>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\t<section class=\"lb-terms__article\" id=\"terms-art-18\">\n\t\t<h2>Article 18 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Governing Language)<\/h2>\n\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t<li>These Terms and disputes between the Company and Members are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>The competent court for lawsuits arising from use of the Service is determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Governing language: the Company may provide these Terms translated into English and other languages for Users\u2019 convenience.
