Budapest 3 Nights 4 Days Trip Day 1-2
Oh my, look at how crowded the title is!
Since I arrived in the evening on the first day, I wrote about two days, but I mismanaged the length!
Planning for my exciting European trip just three days ahead, ^^;
It’s getting more and more haphazard, and there are many things I didn’t keep to, haha.
If anyone is curious about my humble travel itinerary, please leave a secret comment with your email, and I’ll send it to you. 😆💓
Always a nice airport!
Many people’s favorite movie, Everything Everywhere All At Once.
What is this..? What code is this..? While referring to it, I ended up watching just a bit over an hour and then I was done.
And now that I’m a long-distance flight veteran, I can adjust my in-flight meals! ㅎㅎ
This time, I ate well without any digestion issues!
By the time we were almost there, I had a flat hairstyle!
After a 12-hour flight, I arrived at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and headed to my accommodation!
It was my first time buying a ticket, and I was quite confused.
★Tip★
Some vending machines don’t accept cards, so check before you start buying tickets.
When paying by card, the transaction takes quite a long time, and you have to enter your password on the card machine screen.
I was confused because I didn’t know this tip and waited, wondering why the payment wasn’t going through, while repeatedly tapping at a very slow machine right after I arrived, haha.
I got off at the bus stop near my accommodation and took a shot!
At the airport, I was too rushed to truly feel the European air because of the bus, but I finally took a picture in front of the bus stop, hehe.
It’s nice to see my Galaxy overseas~
Isn’t this accommodation too nice!!
The elevator has sliding doors, which was so fascinating..
It’s wooden, so it’s a bit scary..
The railing looks really unstable…!!!!!!!
And I was very satisfied with the accommodation 😆
St. Stephen’s Basilica was very close to my accommodation!
Although I arrived late in the evening, I went out for a walk because I felt a bit sorry, and the lighting was beautifully turned on.
It looked even prettier peeking through the alleys🥰
A club nearby, haha.
But it seemed to be a strip club according to Google Maps, so I didn’t go in;;
Massage shops were also actively soliciting, so I checked them out, but the prices were crazy.
The walk is over~!
The next morning, I had nurungji and stir-fried kimchi.
The view from the balcony was scary to see again in the bright day.
The first tourist spot I went to was Vajdahunyad Castle.
I took the M1 subway, and we bought a time ticket for travel on the app, so we didn’t need to punch it separately!
The time ticket is super convenient, haha.
The view along the way from Széchenyi station to Vajdahunyad Castle!
It’s famous for being modeled after Dracula’s Castle, but since the lake was dry, there wasn’t much to see …
We didn’t go inside the castle for a tour, so that might be why that was the case, haha.
The entry ticket was around 10,000 won per person, and I thought it wasn’t really necessary since we had a lot scheduled for the day, so we didn’t go.
After finishing our tour, we passed Kossuth Square on the way back to the station.
By the way, this day is Hungary’s national holiday (Revolution Day), and on this day, admission to all museums and art galleries is free!
We planned to go to the Budapest Art Museum right in front, but after seeing the incredibly long queue, we gave up…
It seems you should arrive early in the morning to avoid waiting in line.
On the way to eat, I saw a dildo shop ㄷㄷ;; (and a tattoo shop)
If you buy two, one is free..?
This was my first meal in Budapest!
The schnitzel was so crispy and delicious, hehe.
Also, the bathroom was pretty, haha.

A cafe with an amazing performance!
I can’t believe I got to see this with my own eyes!!!!!! 😇
The coffee was decent, but the photo spots were stunning!
Instead of the art museum, we visited the Hungarian National Museum!
There was also a long line here, but somehow we stood in line well and managed to enter without waiting too long.
By the way, you can’t enter with outer clothing, so remember to either leave it in a locker or wear it inside!
There are so many things to see that you could easily spend three hours here.
We took a lot of pictures, but here are just a few that I liked.
Most of the clothing and room arrangements in the exhibits were great, hehe.
After leaving New York Cafe, it was about a 30-minute walk back to the accommodation, so we decided to stroll.
Even though I had already walked a lot and my legs were sore… I managed to endure it because I was still full of travel excitement, hehe.
We also saw street food and popped into some souvenir shops!
The feeling of St. Stephen’s Basilica during the day was different.
The night view is prettier, haha.
I went back to the accommodation to rest and get ready to go out for dinner!
It was still cold, so I got the scarf my mom brought 🤩
(I wore it very well throughout the trip, haha👍)
For dinner, I went to a restaurant on the first floor where I can see St. Stephen’s Basilica!
It was always crowded when I passed by, and the Google reviews were good, so I made sure to visit it! The steak was satisfying, haha.
And there was the Budapest Eye I had seen since the first day, hehe.
Although I’m scared of Ferris wheels, I must ride it since I’m on a trip!!
The ticket price for the Ferris wheel is referenced in the photo!
※ Beware of the video, LOL
Wow, I was so scared of the Ferris wheel that I had avoided it until now, but I finally tried it and it was indeed terrifying;;;;
It was windy, and when I was at the very top and it wobbled, I honestly felt like my soul was leaving my body. ㄷㄷㄷ
The night view of Fisherman’s Bastion and the National Assembly wraps up the day, hehe.
Originally, I was planning to walk, but I ended up taking the bus because I overexerted myself during the day.
It was a super tiring day, but I think it was one of the best decisions to come here!
I’ve heard that the night view is so beautiful, but it really can’t be captured in photos.
Next time, I should definitely not get an iPhone mini…… 😂
While returning to my accommodation after seeing the night view, I found something else and searched for it, discovering that it was Matthias Church.
I didn’t go inside, but took a commemorative shot, hehe.
