The day we went to eat

We were the very first customers on the soft opening day;;

I couldn’t resist posting about this;;;

Originally a specialty restaurant for shrimp sashimi

But we came here searching for boneless grilled hairtail,

So we ordered two servings of grilled hairtail!

The owner mentioned that other branches do not serve grilled hairtail

It can only be eaten here at Here Go’s Jeju Woljeong Branch!

When the owner asked how we found out,

They said this is the only place in the Woldjeongri area that does it with boneless

And here comes the boneless grilled hairtail!

At first, there was quite a bit of broth, but you can eat it right away

But they said it tastes better if you let it simmer

I was really hungry, so I ate it right away, but as time went by, the broth reduced and it truly became

A heavenly taste

Shrimp Sashimi Service

And this is the shrimp sashimi they gave as a service since we were the first customers!

Since it’s a shrimp sashimi specialty store, I was very excited!!

They said it’s delicious dipped in oil sauce, so I tried it for the first time and it was oh so good

Fried Rice

And this is fried rice!

Even though we only ordered one serving, the amount was huge..

They also seemed to add grilled hairtail meat as a service ㅠㅠ

I really thought I’d burst from being so full..

They said it’s delicious wrapped in perilla leaves, and they usually come with the fried rice!

I really felt like I would burst, but the salty fried rice and the aroma of the perilla leaves matched so well that I truly overeaten…

My friends who came with me praised it too.

I will definitely come again next time!

The owner and staff were really kind, which was nice.
