I visited ApSan Gungol House ApSan Branch.

It’s a chain that exists only in Daegu, and I thought I had to eat at the main branch, right? Haha.

There were about two teams waiting, but we didn’t have to wait long and got seated quickly.

There’s a waiting room outside, which was nice so we could sit while waiting.

Parking is a bit tight, but it seems you can park on the street if there’s space in the alley.

They offer takeout, and I feel so envious for the people in Daegu.

We chose the two-person set with sweet potato noodles.

You can adjust the spiciness, and I ordered it at level three, which is the most popular level.

Since it’s my first time here, I went with something moderate.

This is how it looks initially; it doesn’t come boiled, but is served for you to cook it directly.

The staff sets a timer and tells you not to open the lid. Haha.

When the timer goes off, they come back and stir it for you.

The buckwheat pancake is thin, but it’s not just one.

Once cut, the portion is quite large.

Once it boils, you add the bean sprouts to eat together.

The Gondre rice was really delicious.

Spiciness level three was just perfectly spicy.

But I’m curious about level four! I want to eat it again!

If the distance weren’t so far, I would have definitely gotten takeout.

There was also a nostalgic lottery event, but unfortunately, I got 5th place…

I received Apollo, a nostalgic candy, and enjoyed it as dessert.
