My Own Money Spent Certification Visit to Minsu Minsu Guesthouse

Accommodation Information

More details on female-only guesthouse; visited in December 2023.

(Wow, this ‘my money spent’ feature is fascinating for the first time)

For my last stay during a solo trip in Jeju, I used Minsu Minsu Guesthouse!

Since it was the last schedule, I wanted to relax and was looking for accommodation that met several conditions:

  • A quiet place without parties
  • Close to the solo drinking bar, Gwideok Golbang
  • Not far from Jeju Airport

While searching for accommodation that matched these criteria, I found the ★Female Only★
Minsu Minsu Guesthouse!! So I booked it right away 😎

After making the reservation and completing the payment, I received a message.

Non-face-to-face communication is so convenient..!

This is the exterior of the Minsu Minsu guesthouse.

I kept wondering if this was the right place until I got close enough to see the sign of Doruru Kimbap.

When entering, you enter the code received via text message.

There are guide signs inside.

The breakfast kimbap can be purchased at the Doruru Kimbap shop on the first floor.

The communal shower room is also on the first floor; see the photo below!!

Upon entering, there is a sink and a hairdryer available on the left!

Although the picture was a bit shaky, on the right are the shower and toilet.

Only one person can use it at a time, so you might have to play a waiting game for shower time! ><;

Once you go up to the second floor, you are greeted with a beautiful view.

It was really quiet and neat, and the wooden interior was quite lovely.

There was also a bathroom inside the accommodation, so you could wash without going down to the first floor!

If there’s no space, you can wash on the first floor instead.

The bathroom was quite spacious.

There’s a sink and various supplies stacked on a shelf.

You can grab towels from here! ㅎ

Mirrors in the communal living room are great for checking yourself before going out!

I wanted that wooden full-length mirror so much… 🙌

The room assigned to me was Room 6.

There is no separate door; it only has a blind.

It’s safe to say there’s no soundproofing.

In fact, a guest from another room fell asleep early and snored a lot, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. ㅜ

As soon as I entered, the appearance of the room was very cozy..

It was slightly dim, just my style..

The bed seemed to be a single, and there was a makeup mirror at the desk, so I could do my makeup in the room without going out!

There’s also a hanger to hang my outerwear, and there are three hangers, haha.

The lighting has no ceiling lights, just a stand lamp, but it’s bright enough and I actually prefer it!

Its switch is on the bedside, which is the best!

By adjusting the angle of the standing lamp, I can maintain a well-lit room without being blinded!

This is a photo taken while lying on the bed, hehe.

It’s so quiet that it feels a bit pressure-inducing, but haha.

The advantage of being female-only is very significant.

I didn’t try the kimbap breakfast but… it’s easy to grab a quick snack, and the location is useful for the frequently visited Hallim area!

I recommend this place for solo traveling women~

But if you are very sensitive to sound, maybe it’s less recommended.. haha
