Thorne Research is one of the well-known pharmaceutical and nutritional formulation companies in the health and supplement industry.

The company is known for specializing in the development and production of high-quality dietary supplements and health-related products.

 

In my case, I discovered it through recommendations on YouTube, and I think it’s convenient and good because I don’t need to pack too many products.

When I first bought supplements, I did a lot of research to check if I was exceeding the limits or had any deficiencies…

Now, I don’t even remember what criteria I used to purchase them, haha!

 

Anyway, I purchased the optimal combination based on my standards. You can trust and take the same combination!

The more I see the price, the angrier I get…

I recently bought it at the price captured from iHerb.. haha!

 

This one should be taken as one tablet three times a day.

But I’m too lazy and only take two tablets when I take the basic tablets twice.

NOW Foods – Ultra Omega3 Fish Oil

However, for this one, iHerb is cheaper.

That’s somewhat comforting..

 

Just taking these three sets is almost enough for supplements.

There are some claims that Vitamin K is a bit lacking, but combining it would mean taking a lot of different products and could exceed the recommended amounts, so I just gave up on that.

This combination also includes folic acid, which is great!

 

I’ve recently stopped taking NOW Foods Ultra Omega because of the lutein omega and coenzyme Q10 my parents gave me. lol

 It arrived packaged in a box, and the NOW Foods Ultra Omega is in an opened state since it’s the one I was taking!

Taste

Since they are supplements, you just swallow them quickly with water, but I want to describe the feeling after taking them.

 

Firstly, the Omega has its unique smell that everyone knows, and the Thorne Research Basic doesn’t have a nice smell.

 

And they recommend taking one tablet twice, but I tend to take two at once out of laziness, which sometimes makes my stomach feel bloated and gassy.

When I take one tablet at a time, it’s fine. But at first, I didn’t know it was causing me discomfort and continued taking two at a time, making it a bit tough until lunchtime, haha!

Keep this in mind when taking them!
