LINKBOO Child Safety Standards
Version v1.0 · Effective 2026-10-02
Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)
These standards set out how FORCIERS Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) prevents child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the LINKBOO app, the website linksboo.com and the connected service LINKBLOG (linksboo.blog) (together, the “Service”). They apply to every user and all content on the Service, including links, blog posts, lounge posts and comments, images, profiles and ads.
Article 2 (Zero Tolerance and Prohibited Conduct)
The Company has zero tolerance for CSAE. The following is prohibited in all cases and, once confirmed, always leads to the actions in Article 5.
- Posting, sharing, storing, requesting or selling child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or pointing to where it can be found (for example, by link)
- Posting content that sexualizes minors, including drawings, cartoons and AI-generated or other virtual depictions
- Contacting or enticing minors for sexual purposes (grooming), requesting sexual images or videos, or threatening minors with such material (sextortion)
- Facilitating, advertising or promoting the sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors
- Using any Service feature, such as link registration, blogs, the lounge, profiles or ads, for any of the above
Article 3 (Age Requirement)
Only users aged 14 or older may join the Service (Terms of Service, Article 5). Accounts found to have misstated their age are restricted.
Article 4 (How to Report)
If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE, please report it in any of the following ways. We do not disclose who made a report.
- In the app or on the web: the [Report] button on lounge posts, comments and received messages → choose “Child sexual abuse or exploitation”
- In the app or on the web: a 1:1 inquiry in Customer Support (for any content, including links, blog posts and profiles)
- Email: info@linksboo.com (please start the subject with “[Child Safety]”)
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact local police first (112 in Korea). You can also report to your local authorities or to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
Article 5 (Our Actions)
- Lounge posts, comments and messages reported for “Child sexual abuse or exploitation” are hidden immediately and reviewed first. Reports through Customer Support or email are also handled ahead of other inquiries.
- When a violation is confirmed, we remove or block the content immediately, permanently restrict the related accounts, and block re-registration with the same email address, mobile number or external sign-in account.
- When CSAM is confirmed, we report it to law enforcement (Korean National Police Agency) and other relevant authorities, such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission, as required by law, and preserve and provide the necessary records within the limits of the law. Where users abroad are involved, we may report to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority.
- The Company complies with applicable child safety laws, including the Korean Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
