Haidilao with its incredible business hours..

I went to Haidilao for a walk-in wait before, but

the waiting time was like 4 hours..? so I always ended up going to a different restaurant without eating.

This day was a weekday, so I could pre-book a wait using Catch Table.

Calculating the time to get to Gangnam with Jinju after each of us got off work,

I arrived after applying for a wait via Catch Table around 5 PM!

(I was late applying because I was doing other things;;)

Since there was still a lot of time left, I looked around at clothes nearby.

I entered about 15 minutes before the reservation time.

It felt like I waited for about 30 more minutes after coming in.

As it’s a popular restaurant, the waiting area is well-equipped.

While waiting, I snacked on some drinks and crackers.

These crackers are really delicious… addictive…

As it was almost our turn, a staff member informed us to order in advance.

I carefully selected and ordered through the app, and entered around 8 PM?

I was surprised by how spacious the restaurant was.

Maybe Lee Young-ji is somewhere here…

Clear broth + Tomato broth + Mala broth + Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup)

This combination was the best choice…

I wondered why they offered clear broth, but it’s for rinsing ladles lol

The mala broth is quite spicy, so it’s hard to keep eating it,

but eating the sweet tomato broth provides a spicy-sweet contrast.

I can’t stop eating…

And the samgyetang is perfect for cleansing the palate each time lol
